Kevin Durant, Ian Desmond Troll Cowboys Fan Teammates After Redskins Win

WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – The Washington Redskins surprised a lot of people by beating the Cowboys 20-17 in prime time on national television. IN PRIME TIME ON NATIONAL TELEVISION.

Today is a day for friends. Today is a day for family. A day for coming together, throwing out the 3-5 record, and initiating the age-old practice of mocking Cowboys fans relentlessly until the next time the two teams meet.

Now, many Cowboys fans — at least the ones with which I am familiar — can be loud and boisterous insufferable on game day. From the days, hours and minutes leading up to first kick, then all the way through the game, they’re talking, talking, talking.

Maybe I’m the only one who’s noticed such behavior?

At least Russell Westbrook and Kendrick Perkins of the Oklahoma City Thunder may be of this ilk, it seems.

*WARNING: What you’re about to see may appear really, super annoying*

(Cowboys outside linebacker Justin Durant, he’s referring too there. Nice troll.)

And then, somewhere along the way, the Redskins and Cowboys went to overtime with the score deadlocked at 17s, Washington scored first, with a field goal, and managed to squeeze Dallas into a pivotal 4th-and-3 with the game on the line.

Rookie corner Bashaud Breeland then stepped in front of a Tony Romo pass to Dez Bryant pass along the right sideline, knocking the ball away and the Cowboys chance to advance their record to 7-1, clinching a Redskins 20-17 win in Dallas.

Kevin Durant, ever the quiet and humble soldier, stepped out to be the vocal national hero Redskins fans needed.

Special tip of the cap to Ian Desmond, who, like many in Washington, hasn’t forgotten about Nationals teammate Bryce Harper’s affinity for the Cowboys.
